Hi, I’m Miguel Lameiro Martínez, a Computer Engineering student at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URJC) with a strong interest in offensive security and penetration testing.

I recently completed the Penetration Tester Job Role Path on Hack The Box Academy, a hands-on training track centered on attack methodology, enumeration, privilege escalation, and post-exploitation.

Through hands-on labs and personal experimentation, I prioritize understanding why an attack works rather than simply following predefined steps. I place particular emphasis on systematic enumeration, identifying misconfigurations, and chaining low-impact issues into meaningful security findings.

I am currently focused on learning more about the combination of AI and cybersecurity.

My main areas of interest include:

  • Penetration testing and red team labs
  • Linux systems and scripting
  • CTF-style challenges and practical security labs
  • Network exploitation and service enumeration

This blog serves as a technical notebook where I document write-ups, security notes, and personal projects related to cybersecurity.

I am currently seeking internship opportunities in cybersecurity, particularly in pentesting or offensive security roles.
